Brockton Capital refurbished a block of Georgian townhouses into luxury apartments overlooking Buckingham Palace. Three of the apartments were designed by British based interior designers, David Collins, Rose Uniacke and Peter Leonard. Veere Grenney designed the eight-bedroom town house next door. Create privacy and screening on the terraces without obscuring the iconic London skyline. We achieved this by using a verdant back drop of structural evergreen shrubs and bamboo. This unusual mixture, the solid formality of Buxus, Camelia and Bay pyramids references the Georgian architecture of the fascia of the buildings, whilst the contemporary architectural bamboo supplies the instant height required. This planting design is held together by under planting of contrasting evergreen leaves and grasses of different colours and textures, layering the planting giving a deep luxurious feel to balance the exquisite interiors.
